1. Do I need a Confluence administrator user to install PageMe!?

Yes, you need a Confluence administrator user to install PageMe! because you have to enable SOAP Remote API.

2. Do I need a Confluence user to "PageMe!" a JIRA issue?

Yes, you do (smile).

3. Can I overwrite a page in Confluence?

Yes, you can check "Overwrite contents" in Page creation (I) step.

 

4. Can I migrate attachments from JIRA to Confluence with PageMe!?

Yes, you can migrate attachments. Version 1.1.0 - Released 2015-08-21
