ReceiveMe!?

ReceiveMe! is an add-on for JIRA to ease the process of creating JIRA issues. The add-on processes mails containing the configured mailbox and creates users, comments and issues for each, keeping the format and inline images of the original email into issue description.

During mail treatment, the add-on check the email subject. If it contains a key to issue adds that email as a new comment.

The add-on, at the same time, checks if the mail sender is a user of JIRA. If it is not, the add-on adds it as external user and will not consume license JIRA.
