This macro hides different elements in the page such as top bar, comments section and others.
Configuration Parameters
Left bar
Hides left bar (links to another pages and space links).
Top bar
Hides Confluence top bar.
Footer
Hides page footer (Atlassian information).
Navigation links
Hides the breadcrumb links.
Comments section
Hides comments section.
Page title
Hides page title.
