NotifyMe! is an add-on for JIRA which allows you to email any issue and its details to anyone with a valid email address. They don't necessarily need to be registered JIRA users.
What will NotifyMe! do for me?
- Create simple HTML emails with the built-in WYSIWYG editor.
- Send an email to any valid email address, even if the addressee is not a JIRA user.
